No, you don't have to book and pay. Spectators are free of charge and do not need to be included on the booking.

Walk-ins are accepted at all venues, however this is dependent on availability at the time you arrive. If the venue is fully booked and you arrive without a booking then you will be turned away until the next available slot, so we always advise to pre-book if possible to secure your places.

Yes we will do our best to accommodate your request, please call our booking team on 0161 710 2360 option 1.

In order to move your booking, please let us know at least one hour before your actual booking time/session.

Normal socks must be worn. No non slip socks please. We strongly advise the wearing of a thin long sleeved top and long pants as, with all inflatables, friction burns can occur on exposed skin when performing certain activities, especially slides. Also, a friendly reminder that this is a family venue so please refrain from wearing slogan tops that may cause offence.

There are no height limits. The weight limit for our arena is 21 stones/133kg per person

We offer 15% discount for groups of ten or more, call our booking line on 0161 710 2360 to book. Please note: this cannot be used with any other discount or offer.

Whilst we do our best to accommodate our customers, we do not offer refunds for standard bookings without at least 24 hours’ notice (even if your booking was made within a 24 hour period, we can't authorise a refund). Events and parties are non-refundable.

No. The arena is not made with any latex.

The waiver form is on your booking confirmation email. Please click and follow the link to complete the waiver ahead of your booked visit. 16 year olds can sign their own waiver form but cannot sign for anyone else. You must 18 years of age or over to sign for anyone else. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (over 18) bouncing or spectating.

You must be 18 years or over to sign the waiver form for bouncers. If you are 16 you can sign for yourself but no one else.

Yes, we have lockers. At all sites there will be a charge of £2.00 (1.5h) / £3.00 (2h) which is none refundable.

Every Inflata Nation venue has their own café. We would advise you contact your preferred venue to discuss food served and kitchen serving times. Please note that food and drink is subject to availability and not guaranteed. The café may limit taking orders during peak times.

Yes, we allow one free carer per full paying person and any additional carers will be charged at standard entry price. You MUST call our bookings team on 01617102360 to arrange this before booking.

Non-walkers/babies in arms are not permitted to go on the main arena unless it’s during a Inflata Tots class.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time to allow time for check-in and your safety briefing. Late arrivals will not have any lost time in the arena compensated.

We recommend children under 4 to bounce on the under 4’s arena for their safety, but if you would like them to go on the main arena they need to be supervised by a paying adult. Non-walkers/babies in arms are not permitted to go on the main arena.

No, unfortunately not. Our waivers do state you’re unable to bounce if pregnant for the safety of you and your child.

Only one code can be used per booking and this includes birthday voucher codes.

The adult(s) who will be in the venue are fine to sign for whoever they’re supervising. These adult(s) will be responsible for the children in their group.
